Black Oak Partners engages in collaborative research with MIT's
Information Quality Program, internationally recognized for its leadership
in IQ research and training. MIT-IQ sponsors the International Conference on
Information Quality (ICIQ). Black Oak Partners is a corporate sponsor of this
event.
Master of Science and Doctoral Degrees in Information Quality
Black Oak Partners is an industry sponsor of this "first-in-the-nation"
curriculum and graduate degree program (MS and Ph.D.) at the University
of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR).
Offered through the UALR Department of Information Science, the program
meets the growing demands by government and industry for qualified
professionals with a graduate-level degree that encompasses:
- Concepts, principles, tools and models essential in defining,
measuring, analyzing and improving information quality
- Development of information quality policies, strategies and programs
- The relationship of information quality to data privacy and protection,
enterprise architecture and data integration processes, such as entity
resolution and customer relationship management (CRM)
